Can handwritten notes be included in orders?
Yes, handwritten notes can be included!
If you'd like a handwritten note to be an option to be included with your orders, first email Support@ilogisticsusa.com for the Accounts team to work with you to get this in motion.
Our Steps to having Handwritten notes added:
- Hand Written notes will need to be an item in our inventory (aka a SKU).
- The item will need an incoming PO that we can can receive (Just like any other product).
- i Logistics USA will need to put a automation rule in place to trigger the note to be added to the order.
- i Logistics USA will work with you so that your customer's note or the information for the note is included on the handwritten note.
- Once the above is set up, it's important to first run a test order to make sure this integrates properly.
Once the gift note is set up as a SKU in your Shopify store, make sure the setting is enabled to ship the gift note product.
