How to see and confirm the detail of your invoice

  1. You must login into your shiphero potal.
  2. You must click on 3PL Billing

  1. Once you enter to 3PL Billing, you will be able to see in the Order option what your processed orders were, the order number, number of picks and the cost.

  1. Here you can see the details of the shipping cost for each order.

  2. In the Purchase Order (PO) option, you can see the PO number and its cost.

  1. In the Ad Hoc option, you will be able to see the additional charges associated with the processing of your order or receiving.
