Set Up Your Customer Return Portal
ShipHero provides you with an iFrame that you can use to create a return portal on your website, along with instructions on how to set this up in Shopify.
- Go to app.shiphero.com > My Account > Settings > Customer Returns
- Add the iFrame code found under Implement Returns in My Store to your website
Example MyShopify:
- Login to admin panel for store.
- In the Left Sidebar Menu Click "Online Store".
- Next Click Pages.
- In the Upper Right Click Add a page.
- Give the Page a title (ex. Returns).
- Next in the Content Editor on the right click the <> (show html), This should remove text editor icons.
- Paste the Iframe code from My Account > Settings Here.
- Make Sure Page is Set to Visible.
- Then Save the Page.
- Dont Forget to Update your Navigation.
- Click on the left sidebar "Navigation".
- Edit the link list for the menu.
- Click Add Another Link.
- Add your Link Name and Select Page (Title you used when creating the page).
Users also have the ability to customize the design of their return portal.
