Set Up Your Customer Return Portal

ShipHero provides you with an iFrame that you can use to create a return portal on your website, along with instructions on how to set this up in Shopify.

  • Go to app.shiphero.com > My Account > Settings > Customer Returns
  • Add the iFrame code found under Implement Returns in My Store to your website

Example MyShopify:

  1. Login to admin panel for store.
  2. In the Left Sidebar Menu Click "Online Store".
  3. Next Click Pages.
  4. In the Upper Right Click Add a page.
  5. Give the Page a title (ex. Returns).
  6. Next in the Content Editor on the right click the <> (show html), This should remove text editor icons.
  7. Paste the Iframe code from My Account > Settings Here.
  8. Make Sure Page is Set to Visible.
  9. Then Save the Page.
  10. Dont Forget to Update your Navigation.
  11. Click on the left sidebar "Navigation".
  12. Edit the link list for the menu.
  13. Click Add Another Link.
  14. Add your Link Name and Select Page (Title you used when creating the page).

Users also have the ability to customize the design of their return portal.
