Returnly is a paid application that integrates directly with our WMS that allow returns created in Returnly to automatically push via an integration to your ShipHero account where the i Logistcs USA team can action the return upon receipt where those movements and actions are all logged and communicated from and to both systems. 

Simply put, it is a returns management system that helps to automate the process and allows for refunds, credits, and more!

Which Returnly plan is right for my store?

• Shopify (non-Plus) merchants have the option for either a monthly or annual plan.
• Shopify Plus merchants are required to be on an annual plan & need to speak w/ the Returnly sales team. Email partners@returnly.com to get started.
