Can i Logistics USA handle apparel returns?

While i Logistics USA will absolutely handle your apparel returns, we will work off of a predetermined Returns SOP put in place for your brand that meets the agreed-upon set specifications (QA checking for wear, tears, pulls, stains, etc.).


If the product passes your Returns SOP aka QA check, then the items will be folded and returned to the original packaging or new packaging if the original packaging is damaged. If put into new packaging, it will also be relabelled at that time. Lastly, the product will be added back into inventory with all inventory movements logged and traceable back to its return order.


If the product fails the QA Check, then the items will be checked into inventory (again, all movements logged) but checked into a non-sellable location to then be Returned to Client. This “Return to Client” SOP is put in place so that i Logistics USA can either have these units ready to be mailed to a specific address for your review or picked up, etc.

  • If your company decides that the failed QA inventory items are able to be returned into active inventory, then we would treat the goods as an incoming PO. HERE are our receiving standards.
