Non-Sellable Inventory
In the event that you have product that has failed QA or isn't an item that is available to sell, or is waiting on a QA check, the inventory team can move these products into a "non-sellable" location so they don't populate as available on your eCommerce selling platform.
You can view any items in non-sellable by clicking in ShipHero into Inventory >> Products >> and make sure "Non Sellable" total is visible in the columns.
