Mapping shipping sets the Carrier and Method for services that are available on your website in ShipHero, and each service needs to be mapped. In short, mapping shipping is how ShipHero translates and understands how you would like orders to be shipped out. 


Example: Economy (5-7 Business days in transit) is a shipping option for our store. When a customer pays for this shipping option, this order will ship out via the Cheapest service available (Cheapest / Ever)

When should I notify Support@ilogisticsusa.com?

  • Shipping Name Change 
    • Example: Updating Economy (5-7 Business days in transit) to Economy (7-10 Business days in transit)
    • ShipHero is case sensitive so updates need to be made ASAP or there is potential for orders to be delayed
