Rush Order Process

Rush order requests happen, and we are able to facilitate some Rush order requests or rush pick-up requests on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a rush order request:

1. Please email Support@ilogisticsusa.com to connect with your Account Manager or someone on the accounts team. 

2. Once your request is submitted, the Accounts and i Logistics USA Operations teams will vet your request to see if we have the ability to make it happen. 

If we are able to meet your request, a Rush Order charge will be ad hoc'd to your account and your Account Manager will be in communication with you in regard to the order. 

Our Rush Order fees are as follows: 

• $15.99 First item + $5.00 Additional items.
  • For larger orders of Wholesale orders that require additional labor, the Account Manager will bill based on our hourly $45 labor rate.
• $10.00 for a Rush Pick-Up Order.
