How do I add a signature requirement to a shipment?

Once the order is in Ship hero, click into the order number and scroll down on the right-hand side and click the box where it says:

- Require Signature ORnRequire Adult Signature 

Save and update the order. 

What USPS packages require a signature?

Some pieces of mail require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery. This includes items sent with Priority Mail Express (if requested), Certified Mail, Collect on Delivery, Insured Mail (over $500), Registered Mail, Return Receipt, Signature Confirmation, and Adult Signature.
