Labeling at i Logistics USA

OVERVIEW: Labeling Units at i Logistics USA

At i Logistics USA, we are able to label or re-label your units for specific sales channels or retailers.

We complete this work through our SOW Team that completes labeling work multiple times a week (sometimes multiple times a day) to make sure that we are compliant with shipping guidelines, expectations, or the project's scope.

The Labeling Process

We are ALL about process at i Logistics USA, and labeling is no exception.

THE START: Working with your Account Manager, they would work with you to scope the project to have documentation for the SOW project OR they would work with you to establish SOPs for recurring work.

From there, an SOW form would be sent to your team (depending on the project) detailing what all the SOW team is going to complete for your approval and depending, payment to be received.

DURING: Our SOW team would take your SOW form and complete the work as specified while referencing our established SOPs throughout. Our movements throughout the process include scanning and moving product/s through our WMS so that everything is tracked and accounted.

The team would also be inspecting product as its being handled to make sure there is accuracy and quality control throughout. When ready to label, the labels are fixed onto the product so that barcodes and other information is scannable or legible and abides by the requirements set.

THE END: The SOW team could case or arrange the products as needed based on the project scope to go into inventory or into our fulfillment flow for outbound shipping.

Labeling Pricing

Our labeling pricing includes the following:

  • Labor (Based off of $45/hour per person).
  • Materials (Labels and printing).
  • and the handling of units throughout your process (Detailed above).

All of this equals out to $0.50 a unit unless a custom quote is required.

If you are interested in having this level of work to be completed for your brand or specific products, please get with your Account Manager to discuss.
