How do I prioritize an order and update the shipping?

If an order needs to be prioritized and is not already in our fulfillment process/in a tote, follow the steps below and notify your Account Manager.

If the order is already in a tote, then put the order on Operator Hold and follow this knowledge base article

Prioritizing and Updating an Order:

NOTE: The changes made affect all shipments associated with the order. If you have "Allow Partial" enabled and have multiple shipments going out for an order, all boxes and shipments associated with the order will be updated to the chosen carrier method, example "2-Day Shipping."

1. Go into Ship Hero and click into the Order.

2. Under Details on the right side of the screen, enable "Priority" by clicking the box and and change the Allocation Priority to "High"

3. Update the Shipping Carrier/Method by going into the Shipping Info window on the right side. Click on the pencil in the right hand corner.

4. Update the shipping to the specified Carrier/Method, example "UPS/UPS Next Day Air."

5. Check that the order says "Ready to Ship" to notate that the order is ready to be worked on

6. Click update to save changes.

Do Not change the tiers. After changes have been made, notify your Account Manager by contacting support@ilogisticsusa.com
