How to bulk upload orders in ShipHero via CSV?

If you need multiple orders added to our system and have them in spreadsheet format, this is how you will communicate that information to i Logistics USA.

Step 1:

Get with your Account Manager (email Support@ilogisticsusa.com) to 


1. Scope the Bulk Order Project.


What is being sent? What is the timeline? What Inventory and Quantity?


2. Your AM will then send over a blank CSV order template.

Step 2:

There are ShipHero order examples listed in the CSV order template to aid in entering in your order information. BIG CALL OUT / Orders with multiple SKUs need to have 1 row per SKU listed:


Step 3:

Fill out the following details. IF THE DATA IS MISSING OR HAS INCORRECT INFORMATION THEN THIS WILL DELAY THE PROJECT

  1. Client to add their order details with one row per SKU. Examples are listed in the CSV.
  2. Client to add in the following required information to the template:
  • First Name 
  • Last Name
  • Address 1 (Street Number and Street)
  • Address 2 (Apartment of Suite)
  • City 
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Country Code (US for USA *has to be entered "US" or it will throw an error, FR for France, etc)
  • Product SKU 
  • Quantity (Quantity Ordered)
  • Customer Email

Step 4:

Send filled out CSV back to Support@ilogisticsusa.com for their insight and approval. *For information to be correct, this CSV may be sent back and forth to ensure accuracy.


If information is missing, incorrect, or not formatted properly. the order upload will be delayed and dependent on corrections made

Step 5:

The order upload timeline is dependent on many factors and will be communicated back to you as the project progresses.

For a fulfillment timeline of these orders, it is dependent on the project scope. To this, these orders will fall outside of "normal" orders
