i Logistics USA Client Tech and Data Stack
At i Logistics USA, we provide a technology stack to all clients as part of our service offering. We prioritize and have a Technology and Data team that is dedicated to this and continues to build and iterate.
1. One of our in-house, proprietary technology stacks is a Dashboard that bridges information from our WMS and ERP with your store. This Dashboard provides information for the current day, yesterday, the past week, the past 3 months, and more.
Our Dashboard is updated daily and more specific information as it relates to inventory, etc. is updated 2x a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays when more information is available to present for excess inventory and storage.
Currently, Version 2.0, will be ever-evolving where we are able to present and encapsulate trends, a sell-through estimator, demand forecasting, cost analysis, and more which will help with maximizing your offerings and customer experience.
2. We also provide access to reporting and other data via our WMS.This will present information that we receive from your Store, and will only show orders that we fulfill in regard to "shipped" items.
3.*NEW* In our WMS, we have also given access to a ShipHero function called PostHero. ShipHero just launched this feature and is continuing to work on updates and improvements. ShipHero has a great help article HERE on PostHero and how to access this within your account.
PostHero is a post-shipment dashboard that has many benefits, but the biggest one for us is that it will show orders that need assistance in transit or other disruptions, allowing you to troubleshoot or proactively notify a client.
Unfortunately, reporting is unable to be pulled from this view and the days in transit can be skewed a bit, resulting in some of the information being underreported.
