High Volume

At i Logistics USA, we have operational teams that fulfill each day to meet the 2pm cut-off time for all orders shipped in a given business day.

Concerning High Volume fulfillment, i Logistics USA will always allocate resources to meet demand. We request that any pre-planned events, promotions, and specialty orders be coordinated with your Account Management team in order to best prepare and meet that timeline, and goal expectations.

If there's no preparation, the i Logistics USA team will make sure to communicate any and all timelines to your main points of contact to make sure all parties are aligned and privy to updates and fulfillment.

Order Cut-Offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out of stock / backlogs, and other circumstances outside of direct control (weather, holidays, etc). For any orders that fall outside of these estimates, i Logistics USA, LLC will notify CLIENT in advance to determine fulfillment schedule.

High volume is defined as order volume that exceeds 50% over your average 30 day running fulfillment output in a given day.

Client recognizes that i Logistics USA, LLC needs to forecast labor and exceeding this threshold requires added labor that must be planned and reallocated.
