Return to Client (RTC) and Return to Vendor (RTV)

When products arrive either as a PO or as a return, items are given a visual inspection to ensure products are viable for fulfillment purposes. However, when we find shipping or consumer-related damages to products, we have 2 options on how to handle those items:

Return to Client (RTC)- Return to Client (otherwise known as Return to Sender, RTS) is when we compile your damaged items each month, either from inbound orders or from returned orders,  and then either ship them back to you or your business or if you are local, can be picked up in the office. Clients can either attempt to repair the items themselves and return them as a new Purchase order or do with their items as they wish.

Return to Vendor (RTV)- Return to Vendor is when a larger issue arises with your products. If there is a defect in your items of some variety, we can ship items back to the Vendor that sent the products for your resolution.

Return to Vendor is also reserved for sending any product back to the original shipper for the termination of a contract or other business reasons outside of normal contractual obligations.
