What to do when there seems to be a mistake shipping my order?
If you receive notification that an error has occurred with a shipment, the Accounts Team is in need of the following instructions to be followed so we can assist in the matter:
1. Please submit the following to Support@ilogisticsusa.com
- Subject line: Order number
- Picture of the item/s to include any associated tags from the customer who received “wrong item” or "missing item."
- Picture of the associated barcode on the bag the item came in (or if barcode is on the physical product)
- Picture of the package and how the order was received. This is very important in case the package was damaged during delivery.
- Full description of what all occurred and what the end-customer experienced
2. Notification needs to be sent within 60 days from the time the original order was fulfilled
Note: If you send all this within 60 days, Logistics USA is responsible for sending the correct product and will pay for the item plus the new shipment.
