How do I file a claim?

To file a claim for a lost, damaged, etc. package, a claim needs to be filed either by the shipper or recipient of a package. Our recommendation is getting with whomever paid for the shipping and having them file.


Information you'll need to file a claim:

  • Tracking Number
  • What occurred with the package/s
  • Shipper information
  • Recipient information

To file your own claim, you will need to reach out to the shipper or recipient to start the process but here are the links!
